WOMB CONTINUUM CARE
Bodywork to restore alignment and vitality to your female physiology
Hands on, hands in, centering female pelvic health. reorganizing the body and bringing tissues + organs back into inherent alignment. Returning to our physiological design
Womb Continuum Care blends whole body Rolfing fascial techniques, Traditional Mexican Medicine deep abdominal and uterine work, scar tissue remediation and intravaginal work: tending to all of a woman’s tissues.
This body of work comes from Carly Rae Beaudry and Andrea Terrones, who brought together their combined 30 years of experience in women’s health to create Ma School, the most comprehensive and effective bodywork training available in this field.
The approach is one rooted in the physiology of the female body above all. By supporting the structural integration of the pelvis and ribcage we can soften, expand, and create long lasting change to the layers of the fascial matrix and organs which create the living, movable system we breathe and exist within.
a whole body approach:
〰️fascia: torso, ribcage, back, neck, shoulders, hips, pelvis, legs, cranium, jaw
〰️belly
〰️womb
〰️vulva
〰️vagina
〰️cervix
〰️intra-oral
The intravaginal work, which is based in manual gynaecology and pelvic osteopathy, is not a required part of the work and not every woman will want or need this support. If you are looking to receive this, it is something we would work towards over a series of sessions to prepare your body and establish a comfortable relationship between us. I would never offer internal work on a first session.
This care is supportive for every woman, in every stage along the womb continuum.
First bleed to final breath.
This is not just a womb massage. This is a holistic and integrative full body approach to women’s healthcare. I’m interested in creating lasting change through specialised manual therapy, and every session builds on the previous by working through the anatomy layer by layer. The intention is to access deeper layers over time, which often requires repetition and consistency.
This work will create most change for the woman who is ready to commit to her body and womb, and engage in her own healing, and we will touch on lifestyle, nutrition, and home practices that will support the in person work we do. It will require a level of self-responsibility in order to live in alignment with your physiology, and be willing to fully meet and move through what may be held in your tissues.
While this work is especially supportive for many of the imbalances of the uterus and pelvis, it is also highly beneficial for preventative care and bringing your body into optimal health and alignment.
I’m interested in restoring our full capacity to experience freedom, pleasure and fluidity through the whole body.

FAQ
Please review the following carefully before booking a session. Please note, if you currently have an IUD we cannot do this work.
-
The first session is 2 hours, including time to go over your health history form, providing education and literacy around current health concerns. Follow up sessions can be 2 hours or 90 mins.
I recommend coming for a series of 6 sessions, ideally 1-2 weeks spacing between sessions to really receive the benefit from this work. After this we will review how your body is integrating the work and go from there.
Everyone’s body will respond at a different pace to the work, some will feel big shifts after 1 or 2 sessions and others will take longer. You can come for an initial session and see how it feels in your body.
-
Please do not put any moisturisers, creams or oils on your body the day of the session.
If you are on HRT, please do not apply any patches or creams for 24 hours before the session (this limits my exposure as a practitioner through our skin contact).
Please come well rested and fed if you can. There’s no need to skip meals before the belly work.

I’m not able to work with you if you have an IUD in place or if you have vaginal mesh.
